The
conference will take place at Hotel Smeraldo
in Cala Gonone (Sardinia, Italy); convenient
rates for staying at the Hotel will be available to participants
and accompanying persons.
Reservation of Hotel rooms has to be made by participants and is
on a first come first served
basis (a deposit will be required). See circulars for details.
Participants are of course free to lodge elsewhere but in this
case we cannot help.
Conference will run
from Monday early morning to Saturday late afternoon;
the Sundays before and after the conference are arrival and
departure days.
A transfer service from
and to Olbia port/airport will be
offered on arrival
and departure days. Details will be announced here.
A (small) conference fee will be levied on participants.
