Practical infos:

The conference will take place in Hotel Flamingo in Pula (near Cagliari).

Participants can lodge wherever they like; we have however secured some special discounted rates in Hotel Flamingo and in the nearby "Hotel Mare Pineta" located in the same resort (five minutes walking distance).

These are meant for participants and accompanying persons staying for the whole conference period; the Hotel may apply regular rates to those intending to stay for a shorter time. The Hotel will grant these fares also to those extending their stay beyond the conference.

The conference rates for full board accomodation (breakfast, lunch, dinner including 1/4 wine and 1/2 water at meals) are as follows:

Those lodged in "Mare Pineta" will have their meals (except for breakfast) in Flamingo, together with other participants lodged in Flamingo.

The Flamingo resort is reached by local public transport; other accomodation are possible nearby (including a camping).

Note that a number of rooms have been reserved for the conference until February 29; we urge you to book your accommodation by this date. Reservation will also be possible after this date, but rooms will return to general offer and could be sold out.

You are of course free to lodge elsewhere. In this case it will be possible to have meals in the Hotel Flamingo together with the other participants, at a fixed rate (25 Euro per meal).

A conference fee will be levied; this is 50 E, with discount (30 E) for some categories
(students, unemployed, retired, and those taking part in both SPT2024 meetings).
